Part 1: What do you have? (2 min)

Part 2: What can each one touch? (4 min)

For each tool you ticked:

Can it read your email, files, or customer records?
Can it send anything (emails, texts, messages, posts) without a person clicking "send"?
Is it connected to an account with more access than it needs, like the owner's main login?
Do staff paste customer information into it?
Does anyone still use it? Unused tools with live connections are the easiest win.

Part 3: Quick safety switches (4 min)

Auto-send is off unless you truly need it. AI drafts, a person sends. Connections you don't use are removed. Each tool uses its own login or limited access, not the owner's master account. Your website chatbot can't promise refunds, prices or appointments without a person confirming. Staff know what not to paste into AI tools (customer IDs, health info, payment details, passwords). Two-step login is on for every account an AI tool is connected to.
